HOT WATER EXTRACTION - STAIN REMOVAL & CLEANING PROGRAM.

Your carpets will be given a deep and thorough clean using the most powerful machinery and latest chemical technology available. We will pre-treat your carpets and rugs with a powerful citrus based pre-spray to break down and encapsulate soils.
This treatment will be worked into the fibres (technically called agitation) using a set of dual rotating mechanical roller brushes and then the soils and chemical will be removed (extracted) using a powerful industrial grade vacuum system. Part of the finishing process is to apply a bactericidal deodorising rinse which will ensure that any pet or other bacteria is removed leaving your carpets smelling fresh and clean.

DRY COMPOUND CLEANING PROGRAM (Carpets left dry)
This is an alternative option dry clean system which requires no drying time. A dry absorbent compound is worked into the carpet with a machine in order to attract and absorb soil. Mechanical agitation from a roller brush works the cleaner through the carpet which is then vacuumed. *Please note, this method does not reach as deeply into the carpet fibres as the Hot Water method mentioned above), and is more commonly used as a maintenance cleaner or for carpets prone to shrinkage, or where the carpet must remain dry.

“I contacted Carpet Care and today had the most amazing job done….. Two weeks ago I had my main bedroom stairs hall and lounge “professionally” cleaned by a company. My main concern was I could smell puppy urine in the lounge, this i stressed, the chap managed to do the whole think in around a hour? I went away for the weekend and was looking forward to my fabulous smelling home….. (I use lots of scented candles and incense). I was horrified as it smelt worse than before. I contacted the chap who did the clean and he said “I cant guarantee getting rid of pet smells..just open the windows..get air in“? , I contacted Carpet Care and today had the most amazing job done….. The water afterwards was so black it was unbelievable. My house smells amazing, carpet looks new, the pile all lifted, lovely professional friendly service.. I have forward the photos to the other chap. Definitely will recommend and use Carpet Care again. Again, ..thank you.“

Positive feedback from satisfied customers during 2012 has been overwhelming. In-fact, we have been so pleased with this feedback, our cleaning results and cleaning methods , that we have now introduced a “7 Day Cleaner Carpet Guarantee”. Essentially, this guarantee ensures that if for any reason, a customer is not 100% satisfied with the results within 7 days, then we will re-clean carpets FREE of charge.

All Carpet Care technicians complete a ‘Carpet Cleaning Technicians Course’ at Cleansmart’s Professional Cleaner’s Academy. This ‘hands-on’ practical course is prepared and rolled out at Cleansmarts Nottingham headquarters by one of the best known and most respected trainers in the carpet cleaning industry, Derek Bolton. Derek started in the cleaning business in 1969 in the contract cleaning sector. His company graduated onto carpet cleaning and he joined the CCA (now the NCCA – National Carpet Cleaners Association) in the early seventies. Soon after, Derek became a Director of the Association.
He has held key roles within the NCCA including President and Training Director and writes regularly for many of the Trade Magazines. In 1977 Derek became involved with the 3M Scotchgard programme and he later went on to become the principal instructor for the Scotchcare UK network. Currently, Derek is also Training Consultant for one of the UK’s leading Franchises, who are heavily involved with some of the major retailers in soft furnishings, now instrumental in introducing new fabrics onto the market.
Thanks to Cleansmart for their professionalism and excellent hospitality, and thanks to Derek for an excellent and informative ‘hands-on’ practical course – his do’s and don’ts knowledge of the industry is simply astounding.
