Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners


A combination of heavy footfall and winter weather had taken its toll on the non-slip (ribbed) industrial grade carpet which welcomed visitors to the centre.    Carpet Care technicians worked late into the night in order to help complete a Hot Water Extraction and Steam Clean chewing gum removal program which according to leisure centre staff, saw a marked improvement in the carpet’s previous condition.   With its fabulous swimming pool, spacious and modern 'Zest' Health & Fitness gym, Stokesley Leisure Centre is always extremely busy and Carpet Care looks forward to delivering an on-going service, and working with a management team committed to keeping the centre well maintained. 


Leading law firm Dickinson Dees recently invited Carpet Care to carry out a combination of deep clean Hot Water Extraction and maintenance spot cleaning at their prestigious Leeds Offices situated on the 6th floor of the Whitehall Building, Riverside Leeds.   Facilities and Administration Manager Dave Gajda insists on maintaining a clean, hygienic and pleasant atmosphere in all of the Dickinson Dees offices throughout the region in order to continue to promote a positive image to visiting clients as well as staff.  The combination of hotwater extraction and carpet spot cleaning yielded some spectacular results, as can be seen in this post cleaning photograph of main entranceway, reception and client waiting area (click photo to view or go to Gallery).

All Carpet Care technicians complete a 'Carpet Cleaning Technicians Course' at Cleansmart's  Professional Cleaner's Academy.  This 'hands on' practical course is prepared and rolled out at Cleansmarts Nottingham headquarters by one of the best known and most respected trainers in the carpet cleaning industry, Derek Bolton.    Derek started in the cleaning business in 1969 in the contract cleaning sector. His company graduated onto carpet cleaning and he joined the   CCA (now the NCCA - National Carpet Cleaners Association)  in the early seventies.  Soon after,  Derek became a Director of the Association.  

He has held key rolls within the NCCA including President and Training Director and writes regularly for many of the Trade Magazines.  In 1977 Derek became involved with the 3M Scotchgard programme and he later went on to become the principal instructor for the Scotchcare UK network.    Currently, Derek is also Training Consultant for one of the UK's leading Franchises, who are heavily involved with some of the major retailers in soft furnishings, now instrumental in introducing new fabrics onto the market.
